Was at Vienna, Austria for meetings. Reached there on a Sunday. Luggage was delayed, only came on Monday of the meeting. Went back to hotel during lunch on Monday to change to clean clothes. Temperature was about 4 C for the first 2 days. Then around 14 to 20 C for the rest of the week. Most of the days were spent in meeting.
